Refund / Service Policy

Before work starts

A full refund can be requested before work on a human-delivered service has started.

Once work has started

Cancellation during active work is reviewed case by case. After a completed service has been delivered, a refund is not automatic. Reasonable quality concerns should be raised so they can be reviewed and, where appropriate, corrected within the purchased service scope.

How refund eligibility is assessed

Refund requests are assessed against the purchased scope, fulfilment status, access provided and the quality of the Skywing service or product delivered.
