Skywing does not recruit for flydubai. The guide is still in development, but the goal is simple: keep application, online test, recorded video and later stage preparation organised so you are not discovering each stage only when the next email arrives.
If your application looks weak or incomplete, later stage preparation does not matter yet. Fix the part flydubai sees first before worrying about the part they may see later.
Work behaviour, reasoning and multitasking are a different kind of pressure. The future guide will treat this as its own preparation stage instead of burying it inside interview advice.
You need to choose the example, structure it and deliver it clearly without facial cues, follow up questions or reassurance from a live interviewer.
“What if I fail before a recruiter even speaks to me?”
The current process includes online psychometric tests. Preparation should acknowledge the cognitive and work behaviour stage, not pretend everything is an interview.
“How do I answer a video question when nobody is reacting to me?”
On demand video removes the conversational cues. You need clear structure, timing and delivery without waiting for interviewer feedback.
“Do I even meet the basic role requirements?”
Current requirements include 21+, at least 158 cm, English, professional appearance, health, water confidence, relocation to Dubai and customer service experience.
“What are they actually hiring for?”
flydubai describes cabin crew as brand ambassadors focused on safety and exceptional customer service in a dynamic multicultural team.
